He diversified from trading to manufacturing of textiles on contractual basis. Today the third generation's, Rajesh Kumar Rathi ,as the Managing Director plans to push the boundaries and reinvent the company to take it to another level. R.S.Mill’s is today a registered firm situated in Mumbai's first largest and unassuming cluster of wealthy business community, Kalbadevi, providing high quality material, fabrics etc. to some of the leading market players in the textile sector. Plans are on the anvil to penetrate the markets with branded uniforms and reach their target groups directly.
